Brittany Waters - Croom
A Daughter’s Custom T’s & More was founded in 2024 out of a passion for creativity and meaningful design. The name is inspired by a family business I started alongside my mother and sister, A Diva and Her Daughter’s Crafts, where my love for custom creations first began.
Designing custom T-shirts and personalized items allows me to create pieces that are versatile, expressive, and suited for every lifestyle and occasion. From everyday wear to special moments, each design is crafted with creativity, quality, and a personal touch, because every order deserves to feel just as special as the story behind it.

1. How do I place a custom order?
Start by submitting the custom request form on the website. This allows us to review your idea, details, and availability. After review, we’ll contact you to discuss pricing, timelines, and next steps.
2. Does submitting the form begin the order?
No. Submitting the form does not begin production. It simply allows us to review your request and discuss your order before moving forward.
3. Is there a deposit required?
Yes. A $25 non-refundable design deposit is required to move forward after your request has been reviewed. This deposit is applied toward your final order total. Larger or bulk orders may require an additional deposit.
4. Is the deposit refundable?
No. The $25 deposit is non-refundable, as it covers design time and order preparation. Once production begins, deposits and payments cannot be refunded.
5. How long does it take to complete an order?
Turnaround time varies depending on the size and complexity of the order. Estimated timelines will be provided after your request is reviewed and your deposit is received.
6. Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on availability and order size. Rush fees may apply and will be discussed before payment is accepted.
7. Do you offer bulk or group orders?
Yes! Bulk and group orders for events, businesses, schools, and family reunions are welcome. Pricing and deposits for bulk orders vary based on quantity and design.
8. Do you provide design proofs?
Yes. Design proofs are provided once the deposit is received. Production begins only after final design approval.
9. Do you ship orders?
Shipping options may be available depending on the order. Local pickup or delivery options will be discussed during the order review process.
10. What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are credit, debit, or Zelle payments only. Full payment is required before production or release of completed items.
