Our Return Policy

At A Daughter’s Custom T’s & More, all items are created with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale. Once production has begun, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes custom apparel, personalized items, event sets, memorial pieces, and any made-to-order products.

Deposits

A $25 non-refundable design deposit is required to move forward with order review, design, and confirmation. This deposit is applied toward your final order total.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they cover design time and order preparation.

For larger or bulk orders, an additional deposit may be required before production begins. Any additional deposits are also non-refundable once production has started.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities before production begins. Once final approval is given, A Daughter’s Custom T’s & More is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Pre-Made / Ready-to-Pickup Items

Pre-made or ready-to-pickup items, including seasonal designs, are sold as-is and are also final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for these items.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins and before any design work has started. If a cancellation is approved, the deposit will remain non-refundable. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during production, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or correction at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if a replacement cannot be provided.

Wear, Care & Misuse

A Daughter’s Custom T’s & More is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or general wear and tear. Care instructions are provided and must be followed to maintain the quality of your item.

Shipping

If shipping is selected, A Daughter’s Custom T’s & More is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Agreement to Terms

By submitting a custom request, paying a deposit, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy in full.
